Talent Guardian is delighted to be supporting our client in the search for a skilled and proactive Centre Manager. This is a key leadership role, focused on overseeing daily centre operations, guiding a committed on-site team, and delivering an outstanding experience for all clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome visitors and manage calls professionally to create a strong first impression.
Oversee suppliers to ensure consistent, high-quality service across all areas.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Support client IT needs, including internet setup (with external IT assistance)
Build strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and the team.
Lead the on-site team to maintain high operational standards.
Confidently use systems for access, invoicing, and IT support.
Assist with site tours, client onboarding, and other commercial activities.
Organise internal events to encourage client networking and engagement.
Maintain full knowledge of building services and facilities.
Manage accurate invoicing and proactively address outstanding payments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Handle client renewals and support long-term retention.
Coordinate prompt resolution of maintenance issues.
Identify and implement service and operational improvements.
Train, mentor, and develop team members.
Represent company values and support the wider community.
Provide cover for other centres when needed.  We’re looking for someone who brings:
