A Life in a Day is looking for a switched-on, proactive Junior Operational Excellence Lead — someone who’s energised by variety, loves building relationships, and is excited to play a key role in delivering immersive, empathy-building experiences for global healthcare clients.

This is a 9-month maternity cover… but with our rapid growth, there’s real potential for this role to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities of the Junior Operational Excellence Lead:

Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders via regular video calls
Coordinate every detail of live events — ensuring flawless end-to-end delivery
Assist with planning and logistics: think booking actors, contractors, facilitators
Gather feedback and prepare insightful reports for clients and the sales team
Maintain clear, organised client files for seamless team collaboration
Support Client Success Managers in nurturing long-term client relationships

What You’ll Bring:

Experience in account management, event management, or other client-facing roles
Confidence dealing with diverse stakeholders — clients, suppliers, senior teams
Impeccable attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
Strong written and verbal communication
A proactive, analytical, problem-solving mindset
Experience managing external suppliers or partners
Advanced MS Office skills
A tertiary/higher education qualification
