The Opportunity
We’re currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a major construction project in Groningen, Netherlands. With a strong electrical bias, you’ll bring technical leadership, hands-on site management, and collaborative coordination to ensure the electrical package is delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the electrical scope of a large-scale construction project from site mobilization through to commissioning and handover
Be a visible leader on-site, ensuring health and safety compliance and best practices are followed
Oversee daily site activity and coordinate with the client, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow and information sharing
Drive progress reporting, identify and resolve issues proactively, and support timely project delivery
Coordinate snagging activities, handover documentation, and stakeholder expectations
Review and manage project changes, variations, and delays in collaboration with the commercial and planning teams
Implement project procedures, promoting consistency and excellence in site operations
Participate in key meetings, actively contribute to decision-making, and provide regular updates to stakeholders What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience in managing electrical elements of construction delivery on complex, high-value projects
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Project management certification (APM, PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous
Strong technical understanding of electrical systems within data centre or industrial environments
Excellent communication and team leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others
Detail-focused, quality-driven, and committed to delivering safely and sustainably
Fluent English required; Dutch language skills are a plus
Valid EU work eligibility or visa to work in the Netherlands What We Offer:
