OVERVIEW
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join a well-established and respected law firm. This is a great role for someone looking to take the next step in their family law career, with a focus on privately funded matters in a supportive and professional environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling private family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy, cohabitation disputes, and private children matters
- Advising clients with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
- Managing files from instruction through to completion
- Conducting advocacy where appropriate
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the Family Law department

ABOUT YOU
- 3-5PQE in Family Law, private children matter experience is not required
- Confident managing your own caseload independently
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Able to deliver client-focused advice with sensitivity and efficiency
- Experience in advocacy and financial remedy work preferred
