Gardener / Grounds Maintenance Operative – Havant

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Gardener/Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team, maintaining outdoor spaces to the highest standard across Havant and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

General grounds maintenance including grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding, and leaf clearance

Planting, pruning, and seasonal bedding maintenance

Use of powered tools and machinery (strimmers, mowers, hedge cutters)

Ensuring public and private green spaces are safe, tidy, and well-presented

Occasional soft landscaping and minor repairs

Requirements:

Previous experience in gardening or grounds maintenance (preferred)

Good physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Ability to work independently or as part of a small team

Full UK driving licence
