Proactive Personnel are currently looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to work for one of our clients in the Hyde area.

Day shifts

What you’ll do:

* Set, operate, and programme CNC lathes

* Work from drawings to produce high-quality components in metals and plastics

* Carry out in-process inspections to ensure accuracy

* Work on sliding head machine CNC Machines

What we’re looking for:

* Experience with sliding head CNC lathes (Star preferred) and Fanuc controls

* Knowledge of fixed head turning (Doosan experience is a plus)

* Ability to read technical drawings and work to tight tolerances
