Finance Manager

£40,000 - £60,000 per annum

Hours37.5 hours per week (Mon–Thu 8:00am–4:30pm, Fri 8:00am–1:30pm)

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are working with a dynamic and ambitious manufacturing company based near Pontefract, West Yorkshire, due to growth they are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take a pivotal leadership role within their finance functions.

Role Overview
As Finance Manager, you will oversee all financial operations, drive strategic decision-making, and ensure sustainable financial growth. This is a key leadership position where you will influence business performance and support senior management with insightful financial guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute financial strategies that support business growth
Manage company budgets and deliver accurate financial projections
Prepare financial statements, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead audit processes
Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies to improve cost efficiency
Provide financial insights to senior management and collaborate with external partners
Manage, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve high performance
Candidate Requirements

Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent)
Proven experience in finance management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
Expertise in financial compliance and risk management
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Working Hours & Benefits

37.5 hours/week with early finish every Friday
33 days holiday including bank holidays, with additional holiday entitlement based on length of service
