We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in roofing and overcladding / metal sheeting projects for a 12-week scheme based in Peacehaven, starting middle of March.

This role will suit someone who has hands-on experience managing roofing packages and understands the sequencing, safety requirements, and quality control involved with overcladding and metal sheeting works.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing day-to-day site operations

*

Managing roofing and cladding subcontractors

*

Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard

*

Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks

*

Maintaining programme and reporting progress

*

Liaising with clients and senior management

Requirements:

*

Proven experience managing roofing / overcladding / metal sheeting projects

*

SMSTS

*

First Aid

*

Black CSCS

*

Strong H&S knowledge

*

Ability to hit the ground running

*

Temporary Works (preferred not essential)

This is a short-term project with an immediate requirement, so availability for a middle of March start is essential. For the right candidate there will be further works if able to travel to the next project.
