Wolviston Management Services are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dedicated Production Quality Engineer to support quality assurance across a busy manufacturing site.
This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical understanding, and the ability to engage with multiple departments to ensure standards are consistently met and improved upon.
 
What You'll Be Doing

Carrying out first-off, batch, final and roaming inspections to maintain product quality.
Reviewing and interpreting technical drawings and internal systems to ensure compliance.
Identifying issues, recommending solutions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Liaising closely with the Engineering Department on quality matters and improvement ideas.
Delivering training to promote awareness of quality standards.
Supporting a proactive health, safety, and compliance culture across the site. What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in a production/manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of inspection techniques and attention to detail.
Ability to problem-solve effectively and provide clear recommendations.
Confident communicator, able to collaborate with teams across all departments.
