This full-time, permanent role is ideal for someone with a passion for inclusion and the expertise to lead a team supporting students with a wide range of additional needs.

The SENCO Will Be Expected To:

Coordinate SEND provision across the school and oversee EHCPs

Lead and manage a team of TAs and learning support staff

Work with subject leaders to ensure effective differentiation and accessibility

Act as a key contact for parents, carers, and external agencies
*
Contribute to the development of the school’s inclusive ethos and accessibility plan
Ideal Candidate Profile:

A qualified teacher with the National SENCO Award (or willing to work towards it)
*
Deep understanding of SEND legislation, diagnosis pathways, and learning needs
*
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
*
A reflective, solutions-focused approach
