Make outbound calls to new, existing, and prospective customers
? Update CRM systems with customer details and call notes
? Work closely with the sales team to grow customer lifetime value
? Hit and exceed KPIs (calls, time on phone, enquiries logged, etc.)
? Ensure quality enquiries are submitted to support the estimating team
? Proactively contact all relevant stakeholders within client companiesWhat You'll Need

Confident, clear, and professional telephone manner
Previous telesales experience (B2B or B2C)
Good IT skills and CRM system familiarity
A team-focused attitude and goal-driven mindset
