Description

Stand alone Head of FP&A role responsible for overseeing all financial planning and analysis activities.
Consolidation of reporting across multiple departments
Collaborating closely with other department heads to ensure financial strategies align with organisational goals.
Producing accurate financial reports and presenting them to stakeholders.
Identifying potential areas for cost reductions and efficiency improvements.
Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
Participating in fundraising and budgeting efforts.
Contributing to the overall mission and success of the Not For Profit organisation.Profile

A successful Head of FP&A should have:

A qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven FP&A Experience including consolidating across multiple departments/ divisions within a large organisation
Experience gained in global/ bluechip/ large complex organisation
