Job Title: Traffic Marshall / Labourer

Location: Tunbridge Wells 

Job Type: Full Time - Ongoing 

Rate: £14 - £16.50

Start Date: 27/10/2025

Job Description:

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Traffic Marshall to join our team on a busy construction site in Tunbridge Wells. This role will involve managing site traffic to ensure the safety of workers and the public, as well as assisting with general labouring duties as required.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is proactive, safety-conscious, and willing to work as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely direct and guide vehicles and plant equipment around site

Ensure traffic routes are kept clear and safe at all times

Communicate effectively with delivery drivers and site personnel

Assist with general labouring duties such as:

Moving materials

Site cleanup

Assisting trades where needed

Adhere to all health & safety procedures on site

Requirements:

Valid Traffic Marshall (Banksman) certificate

Valid CSCS card

Previous experience in a similar role on construction sites

Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions

Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks

Punctual, reliable, and hard-working attitude

Own PPE (Hi-vis, hard hat, safety boots)
