An Interim Learning Specialist (LMS) to:

Support with the implementation of a new Learning Management System
Work closely with the wider project team
Support on UAT and developing testing scripts
Lead on review of existing learning content and develop new learning content
Develop learning data and data cleansing
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and priorities.
Design and implement effective learning programmes tailored to organisational objectives.
Develop new learning pathways
Lead on communicationProfile

A successful Interim Learning Specialist (LMS) should have:

Experience in designing and delivering learning programmes within a professional setting.
Experience in leading or supporting an LMS implementation including UAT and testing
Previous experience in developing learning content and data cleansing
Previous global experience essential
