Responsibilities:
As a Production Operative, you will:

Operate and monitor PLC equipment to ensure efficient production processes
Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery
Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues promptly
Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets
Maintain high standards of safety and quality throughout the production process

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Familiarity with PLC systems and automated machinery
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Excellent communication skills

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field
Experience with Lean manufacturing principles
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting

Technologies:

PLC systems (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.)
Industrial automation equipment
Basic hand tools for maintenance tasks
