About the Role:
*
Deliver well-structured and engaging Health and Social Care lessons to students in KS3 and KS4
*
Teach Geography across KS3 to KS5, including GCSE and A-Level, encouraging geographical inquiry and global awareness
*
Create and adapt schemes of work to meet a range of learner needs and promote inclusivity
*
Contribute to the wider school community through enrichment activities, trips, and departmental initiatives
*
Assess and monitor student progress, providing effective feedback and targeted support
The Ideal Candidate Will:
*
Hold QTS or PGCE with a relevant degree in Health and Social Care, Geography, or a related subject
*
Have experience teaching Health and Social Care to KS4 and Geography to KS5
*
Demonstrate strong subject knowledge, classroom presence, and a passion for both disciplines
*
Be proactive, collaborative, and aligned with the school’s ethos of excellence and inclusion
*
Be committed to encouraging curiosity, critical thinking, and student achievement
