Ideal Candidate Location: Preferably based near Billericay, Wickford, Brentwood, Hutton, Shenfield, Ingatestone, Basildon, or Rayleigh.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Includes a one-hour lunch break.

Basic salary with an excellent commission structure.

One day of remote working available per week.

Job Responsibilities:

* Use our HubSpot CRM to reactivate lapsed clients and engage our extensive prospective client database.

* Follow up on customer quotations and convert them into orders.

* Maintain an accurate customer information database.

* Escalate inquiries to the appropriate teams when necessary.

* Check product or service availability and direct clients to the appropriate departments within our business.

* Assist customers with registration and account creation.

* Relay customer feedback to field account managers to improve the company’s offerings and maximize success rates.

Previous sales experience essential.
