About the Role
Think FE are looking for a Transport Fleet Administrator to join an Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ further education college in a Northampton. You’ll support bus arrivals and departures to meet student and staff needs, handling queries, payments, refunds, and bookings. Your organisational skills will also underpin fleet coordination, vehicle maintenance oversight, driver compliance checks, fuel ordering, and wider logistical support.
Who We’re Looking For
Proven administrative expertise with exceptional organisational skills
Strong local knowledge and clear familiarity with routes in the local area
Excellent communicator with the ability to handle customer queries efficiently
Comfortable collaborating with maintenance teams, finance, and transport providers
