? The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Deliver pre-set work to classes in the absence of the regular teacher

Maintain classroom behaviour and ensure a focused learning environment

Offer support to students as needed during lessons

Report back on student progress and behaviour

Work across a variety of subjects and year groups

A confident and professional approach to classroom management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Flexibility and reliability

Previous school experience or a background in youth work, coaching, or mentoring is desirable
