We're recruiting a Cover Supervisor to support secondary schools in Salford with day-to-day and short-term cover across a range of subjects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced classroom supervisors looking to gain hands-on experience before progressing into teacher training.

The Role

Deliver pre-prepared lessons across KS3 and KS4.
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.
Engage students and keep lessons on track in the absence of the class teacher.The Ideal Candidate

Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly.
Calm, organised, and able to manage a busy classroom.
