Tradewind Recruitment / SANZA Teaching Agency is currently recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants to support secondary schools across the London Borough of Ealing.

About the Role as Teaching Assistants

Graduate Teaching Assistants, you will play a key role in supporting students and teachers in the classroom. Responsibilities include:

Providing one-to-one or small group support to pupils to reinforce lesson content and boost understanding.
Supporting students with additional needs (SEN, EAL, or those requiring academic/emotional guidance).
Promoting positive behaviour and helping to create a calm, inclusive classroom environment.
Assisting with lesson preparation, managing classroom materials, setting up resources, and maintaining displays.
Helping to track student progress and feeding back to teaching staff.

You'll work closely with teaching staff to support student learning and development, contributing positively to school life.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have:

A degree in any subject (minimum requirement).
A genuine interest in education and working with young people.
Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and enthusiasm.
An Enhanced DBS Disclosure on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
The legal right to work in the UK.
A CV covering the last 10 years of education and employment (where applicable).
