KS2 High Level Teaching Assistant - Full-Time

Contract: Full-time, ongoing

A welcoming primary school in Salisbury is seeking a skilled and confident High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support pupils in Key Stage 2. This full-time role begins on 3rd November 2025 and offers the opportunity to take on a dynamic support role, including leading learning activities and covering lessons when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead small group and whole-class learning activities across KS2.
Support pupils with academic progress, behaviour, and engagement.
Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver targeted interventions.
Cover lessons in the absence of the class teacher, as needed.Requirements:

HLTA status or equivalent experience in a primary school setting.
Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum.
Confident in leading learning and managing classroom behaviour.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
