Experienced Working Foreman – Major Infrastructure Project (Interchange)

We are currently seeking an experienced Working Foreman to join a long-term interchange infrastructure project for a well-established client.

This is a hands-on role, working closely with groundworkers and site teams, with a strong focus on drainage, earthworks, and general civils activities while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day supervision of groundworks operations

*

Hands-on involvement assisting groundworkers (drainage, ducting, concreting, etc.)

*

Ensuring works are carried out safely and to programme

*

Coordinating labour, plant, and materials

*

Liaising with site management and the client

Requirements:

*

SMSTS (essential)

*

CSCS Gold or Black Card (essential)

*

First Aid at Work (essential)

*

Proven experience as a Working Foreman on civil engineering or infrastructure projects

*

Strong background in groundworks and drainage

Desirable:

*

EUSR tickets (or other relevant utilities tickets)

*

Experience on highways or interchange projects
