The Opportunity
An established Tier 1 main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a flagship multi-room hotel development in Cardiff, overseeing the internal fit-out phase of a high-profile £40m scheme.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take a key role on a complex hospitality project, working with high-end finishes, tight programmes, and multiple subcontract packages.
Key Responsibilities
*
Day-to-day site management of the hotel fit-out works
*
Managing subcontractors across multiple internal packages (drylining, M&E interfaces, finishes, FF&E)
*
Driving programme, quality, and health & safety standards
*
Coordinating trades to deliver high-quality rooms and communal areas
*
Working closely with the Project Manager and wider site team
*
Ensuring works are delivered on time and to specification
About You
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor
*
Strong fit-out experience, ideally within hotels, apartments, or commercial projects
*
Comfortable managing complex internal packages and fast-paced programmes
*
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified
*
Strong attention to detail and quality-driven mindset
*
Able to communicate effectively with subcontractors and stakeholders
