Site Manager – Cladding/Roofing/Curtain Walling

My client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee external works on a high-profile project at the Etihad in Manchester. We’re looking for a hands-on individual with proven experience in cladding, roofing, or curtain walling and someone with experience working on projects valued up to £6 million.

Key Requirements:

* Solid background in cladding, roofing, or curtain walling

* Experience managing projects up to £6M

* Strong leadership and site coordination skills

* Must not be a Project Manager – this role is strictly for a Site Manager

* Valid CSCS and SMSTS certifications

* Available to start ASAP – project commences 23rd June 2025
