Membership Sales Manager
Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days a week in the office)
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, permanent

About the Role:
As Membership Sales Manager, you'll lead on proactive outreach and membership sales activities to grow a thriving community of business members. You will play a key role in identifying and engaging new prospects, delivering compelling sales pitches, and supporting new members through a seamless onboarding process. This is a commercially focused role within a collaborative and strategic team, offering the chance to drive meaningful impact within London's business landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead membership sales campaigns, from prospecting to closing new business
Develop strong relationships with potential members through phone, digital, and in-person engagement
Deliver against monthly and annual sales targets, contributing directly to the organisation's growth
Support onboarding of new members to ensure excellent customer experience
Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts
Work cross-functionally with marketing, events, and community teams to promote membership benefits and engagement opportunities
Represent the organisation at networking events and trade shows, occasionally outside standard hours
About You:
Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Commercially savvy, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders across a range of sectors
Highly organised, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Willing and able to attend external events to represent the organisationDesirable:
An understanding of London's business environment
Previous experience within a membership-based organisation
