We are looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team based in our Southern region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Compilation of Commercial budgets,

* Procurement of subcontractor packages,

* Evaluation and payment of subcontractor applications,

* Effective cost management,

* Reporting on the projects commercial performance each month and identifying risks and opportunities.

* Negotiating and agreeing subcontract final accounts

* Day to day running of sites

Experience of working for a residential developer is essential. You should also possess excellent communication skills and be driven to meet targets and deadlines. IT proficiency is also extremely important
