HR Payroll Advisor
Near Norwich, with parking
Flexible, hybrid and part time days/hours considered
The role:
Manage the PAYE process from start to finish.
Processing new starters to ensure they are on the payroll system from day one.
Auto enrolment – ensuring staff are informed of pension postponement arrangements
Processing monthly salaries, overtime and changes to contracts, extensions, hours etc
Processing leavers – acknowledging resignations, retirements, end of contracts
Pension administration – processing new joiners
Childcare vouchers – ensure monthly vouchers are requested on time and payroll deductions processed
Cycle to work – ensure monthly payments are processed and accurate records maintained.
Ensure both contractual and statutory maternity payments are processed accurately
Employee Benefits – ensuring joiners and leavers are processed
Month end processes/payroll checks
Process purchase of annual leave requests
Provide reports to HR managers, senior management and auditors as requested.
Monitor sickness absence with regards to entitlement to paid sickness absence
To maintain in the highest standards of confidentiality
The successful candidate will have established experienced within a high volume payroll environment and a strong team player.
