Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Leading the strategic direction and day-to-day running of the SEND provision

Line managing support staff and coordinating EHCP processes
*
Overseeing screening, diagnostics, and learning plans

Working closely with pastoral and curriculum leaders to ensure full inclusion
*
Supporting access to learning for students with diverse needs
*
Liaising with external professionals and representing the school at panel reviews
We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Has the National Award for SEN Coordination (or is willing to gain it)

Has significant teaching experience and a deep understanding of SEND policy
*
Is a strong communicator with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
*
Is highly organised and committed to inclusive education
*
Holds an Enhanced DBS or is willing to obtain one
