Pay Rate: £14.53 per hour

Shifts: Monday–Friday (Early & Late Rotating Shifts)

A leading logistics and distribution business is seeking an experienced Reach & Counterbalance Forklift / Warehouse Operative to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

* Operating Reach and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently

* Loading and unloading vans

* Picking and taking orders accurately

* Wrapping pallets and preparing goods for dispatch

* Moving bins, stock, and materials between different sites

* Supporting general warehouse duties as required

What We’re Looking For

* Valid Reach and Counterbalance forklift licences

* Previous warehouse or logistics experience

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Reliability, good communication skills, and a strong work ethic

* Flexibility to work both early and late shifts
