Sales Manager – Manchester Office
£40,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead and inspire our inbound and outbound sales team in Manchester.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales leader to drive team performance, develop talent, and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of sales agents, ensuring they understand their targets and achieve SLA/KPIs.
* Plan and implement weekly and monthly strategies based on performance analysis.
* Conduct coaching sessions, 1:1s, performance reviews, and provide actionable feedback.
* Maintain clear, accurate, and compliant documentation.
* Stay informed on campaign and company updates to ensure the team is aligned with business objectives.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales management role, leading teams to achieve targets.
* Proficient in Salesforce and other sales/telephony systems.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret MI and develop action plans.
* Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
