The job requires an experienced operational manager, capable of running 4 or 5 domiciliary care offices. Conversant with all aspects of care and with a minimum 3 years experience of the role.

A personable and friendly disposition is essential, working for a family company, advancement is there for the right candidate.

We need someone qualified to level 5, great communication skills, passionate about providing the very highest level of care.

We are constantly expanding and so the person must be able to have a dynamic approach to the role and especially trouble shooting and an ability to work closely with commisioning bodies, building and maintaining great working relationship to promote the company and build trust.

The right candidate will be commited to the role and be a great team worker as this is a very important part of the job, commercially aware and willing to work closely with existing managers to develop the business in line with our strategy.

The job may require out of hours on call and flexibility and an ability to be contacted at different times if an emergency should arise. Full HR support is available and an exciting role which is fulfilling.
