A national contractor that provides repairs and maintenance for social housing across the UKDescription

You will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance in social housing
Work could be in both void or occupied properties; ranging from basic repairs to kitchen and bathroom fitting
Work will be carried out across stock in the West MidlandsProfile

Previous experience working on social housing repairs and maintenance
Relevant trade qualifications (City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 minimum)Job Offer

Salary up to £32,000 per year + excellent on call/overtime rates and completion bonuses (OTE circa £45k pa)
