I am working with a national Property investment and development company who are looking to hire a Senior Financial Controller to lead their finance function withing the business.
This will be a varied position that will involve collaboration across all departments to help achieve the financial goals of the board. And will be reporting into the CEO.

Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 per annum subject to experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Full time in the office
Location: Norwich Head office

Responsibilities.

Prep of 25+ companies annual accounts.
Account consolidation
Projection of Cash Flow and management
Corporate tax compliance
Annual budgets including service charge budgets (prep & reconciliation)
Insurance
Company secretarial
Chairman's Personal tax and day to day finance management
Management and Development of the finance teamExperience

Qualified by experience considered.
FRS102.
Industry and Practice experience (later is desirable but not essential).
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
5 years post qualification experience.
SAGE Line 50 experience
