My client, a market leading international Engineering Consultancy, is searching for a Hydraulic Modeller to join their friendly and supportive Team of Engineers and Consultants based in Basingstoke.

Applicants are required to have a MSc and BSc in Hydrology, River Basin Dynamics or Civil Engineering and have experience working within a UK based Consultancy or Local Authority completing Hydraulic Modelling using ISIS/Flood Modeller Pro or Tuflow and Flood Estimation.

It is also beneficial for applicants to have experience completing Hydrological Assessments and Flood Risk Assessments.

As a Hydraulic Modeller you will have the opportunity to join a specialist team team of Engineers and Consultants based in Basingstoke.

You will be required to complete Flood Risk, Hydraulic Modelling, Drainage, Rivers and Coastal Engineering Projects for Local Authorities, Water Companies and Private Sector Clients.

Candidates will be required to complete;

-Flood Risk Assessments.

-Flood Risk Mapping using ArcGIS.

-Flood Estimation using FEH, Winfap and ReFH.

-Hydrological Assessments.

-Hydrological Analysis.

-Hydraulic Modelling, Model Build, Verification and Calibration using Flood Modeller Pro and Tuflow or Infoworks ICM.
