Your Role:

Coordinate SEND support and provision across the school
*
Manage a team of support staff and liaise with external agencies
*
Lead the writing and review of EHCPs and targeted intervention plans
*
Train and guide teaching staff on inclusive practice and differentiation
What We’re Looking For:

Qualified SENCO (National SENCO Award preferred or in progress)
*
Clear understanding of current SEND policy and statutory requirements
*
Collaborative leadership style and strong communication skills
*
Passion for supporting learners and reducing barriers to achievement
