Maintenance Operative – High-End Residential Portfolio | Belgravia, London

Up to £38,000 | Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm | No Call-Out | Leading FM Provider

We are working with the UK’s largest Facilities Management provider to recruit a Maintenance Operative for a prestigious, high-end residential portfolio in the heart of Belgravia, London.

As the Fabric Engineer, you will play a key role in the maintenance and repair of communal areas within luxury residential buildings. You'll be joining a world-class FM team with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service across high-end environments.

What you’ll be doing:

* Carrying out planned and reactive fabric maintenance and repairs to communal spaces.

* Working on fire door inspections, repairs, and general remedial works.

* Supporting with general building maintenance including carpentry, plastering, tiling, painting, and basic plumbing.

* Liaising with residents and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

* Ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Proven experience in building/fabric maintenance within commercial or high-end residential settings.

* Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with fire doors (inspection and remedial work).

* A solid understanding of general fabric and trade skills (carpentry, painting, plastering, etc.).

* A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.

Package & Benefits:

* Up to £35,000 base salary + some overtime available
