Job Title: Qualified Tutor/Teacher

Location:

East of England, Bedfordshire, Bedford

Salary:

£25.00 - £30.00 Per hour

Job Duties:

Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions to students
Create engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
Provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians
Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching techniques

Required Qualifications:

Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
Proven experience in tutoring or teaching
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and inspire students

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience

Knowledge and Skills:

Excellent understanding of the UK education system
Familiarity with current teaching methods and technologies
Ability to adapt teaching techniques to meet diverse student needs
Strong organisational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Education or related field
Experience working with SEN students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
