They are recruiting for an HR & Recruitment Coordinator to support our mental health services team with end-to-end recruitment and employee on-boarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment
Review and update job descriptions with hiring managers
Manage recruitment process including advertising, shortlisting, and interview coordination
Prepare employment contracts
Liaise with recruitment agenciesOn-boarding & Induction
Lead employee induction and on-boarding process
Implement AI tools to streamline on-boarding and reduce administrative time
Set up efficient digital systems for new starter documentationCompliance & Administration
Assist with health and safety compliance
Maintain accurate HR records
Support HR & Admin Manager with recruitment reportingEssential Requirements:
Experience in recruitment and HR administration
Proficiency with AI tools and digital systems
Strong organisational skills
Ability to work effectively in a racially and culturally diverse team environment
Understanding of community-led approaches
Commitment to working with underprivileged communitiesWorking Pattern: 2-3 days per week, remote working
