We're looking for an organised, proactive Freight Forwarder to join a busy logistics team in Aberdeen. If you enjoy coordinating shipments, solving problems and keeping operations moving, this role offers plenty of variety and room to grow.

What you'll do

Coordinate the movement of goods across air, road and sea

Arrange transport, carriers, documentation and customs requirements

Communicate with clients, suppliers and logistics partners

Prepare and manage shipping paperwork, invoices and compliance records

Track shipments, resolve delays and handle issues in transit

Provide costings, quotes and routing options to deliver efficient solutions

What we're looking for

Air, road or sea freight forwarding experience is highly desirable

We will also consider candidates from internal logistics or transport backgrounds

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to work accurately in a fast‑paced environment

A customer‑focused, solutions‑driven mindset
