A reputable healthcare provider in Devon is seeking a qualified Plumber for a 12-week contract to support essential maintenance and compliance work across hospital sites. There is a strong possibility of this contract being extended into a permanent role for the right candidate. Please note a satisfactory DBS check will be required.

The Role
 
As the Plumber, you'll:

Carry out planned and statutory compliance maintenance on hospital premises.
Install, modify, and maintain engineering systems and medical equipment.
Service air conditioning and ventilation units.
Work with water mixing valves, boilers, and pressure systems.
Use CAFM software to log and complete jobs efficiently. You
 
To be successful in the role of Plumber, you'll bring:

Level 3 Qualified Plumber/Fitter or equivalent experience.
Experience with mechanical systems and routine maintenance.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive work approach.
Effective communication with staff and stakeholders.
Must be able to undergo and clear a DBS check. Contract Details
12-week fixed-term contract 
Hourly rate between £18 and £25, paid via Umbrella or CIS.
Based in Devon within the healthcare sector.
