What the Compliance Officer job involves
Working closely with the Compliance Manager, your role will be to help make sure that all internal activities meet FCA regulations and company policies and processes.
Supporting the delivery of the Compliance Schedule and Monitoring Plan
Conducting monthly internal audits, writing weekly progress reports and identifying any potential risks to your line manager
Delivering training across the business on regulator updates, new policies and procedures, money laundering etc
Investigating and escalating customer complaints where necessary and managing the process fairly
Acting as the go-to person for compliance-related queries across the company
Skills required
Excellent organisational and analytical skills
Great interpersonal and communication abilities
Confidence using a range of computer systems and software
