Description

B2B Customer Service & Operations Executive - Chinese Speaking, Reading:

Manage B2B customer orders from receipt to delivery
Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely shipments
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
Maintain accurate records of orders and returns
Support the sales team with operational tasks
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
Prepare reports on service performance and KPIs
Assist with process improvements and system updates

Profile

B2B Customer Service & Operations Executive - Chinese Speaking, Reading:

Previous experience in B2B customer service or operations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Speak Chinese and also good English
Comfortable working with ERP and CRM systems
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset
