Description

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO
Manage calendars and schedule meetings
Prepare meeting documents and take minutes
Coordinate travel arrangements
Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls
Prepare reports and presentations
Handle confidential information with discretion
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operationProfile

A successful Personal Assistant should have:

Excellent organisational skills
Experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in a similar role within the non-profit sector
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretionJob Offer

£33,000 salary
6-month temporary contract with the potential for extension
