Your Role as Property Manager;

You’ll be the first point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring properties are well-maintained and tenancies run smoothly. Key responsibilities include:

* Managing residential lettings and tenancy issues

* Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and compliance

* Handling check-ins, quarterly inspections, and check-outs

* Keeping landlords and tenants informed and satisfied

* Recommending upgrades and overseeing refurbishments

* Ensuring accurate records on the CRM system and regulatory compliance

What We’re Looking for in the Property Manager

* 1+ year of property management experience ( private residential lettings)

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Confidence dealing with tenants, contractors, and landlords

* A proactive, problem-solving mindset

* Full UK driving licence required
