Information Technology organisation requires a skilled, experienced Data Manager to join their busy team based in Redditch.

As a Data Manager, you’ll play a vital role in managing and maintaining high-quality data for clients around the world. From handling advanced sensor configurations to resolving support tickets, you’ll be right in the action.

Duties and responsibilities of Data Manager –

* Install, validate and upgrade sensors to ensure accurate and reliable data

* Manage data repairs, create new client sites, configure exports

* Resolve data and sensor-related queries, address offline notifications and assist support teams

* Retrieve/scrape data and support client-specific tasks and issue lists

Skills and attributes required by Data Manager –

* High attention to detail

* Computer literal

* A great communicator, confident in both team collaboration and client interaction

* Meticulous and driven by data accuracy

Location: Redditch, Worcestershire

Hours of work: 9am-5.30pm (Monday-Friday)

Rate of pay: £24,000-£28,000 per year

Contract: Temporary-permanent
