Our client, a specialist in the childcare industry, is currently seeking an Administrative Support Team Member to assist them on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic short-term opportunity for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills who enjoys providing outstanding customer service via phone and email. You will play a key role in engaging with clients, offering information and guidance.

Full training will be provided.

Administrator – About The Role

Make follow-up calls to prospective clients

Answer questions, provide clear and helpful information about services, and support clients through the registration process

Record all interactions accurately in internal systems

Collaborate with the Engagement Team and managers to ensure smooth communication and follow-up

Maintain a warm, professional, and friendly tone in all communications

The successful Administrator will have:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A confident and personable telephone manner

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in line with provided guidelines

A customer-focused mindset with a supportive, helpful attitude

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administrative support is desirable, but not essential
