Registered Branch Manager
Location: Cardiff
Salary: £48,000 – £50,000 + Benefits
We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Branch Manager to lead an established community complex care service in Cardiff. This role is only suitable for candidates who have previously worked for community complex care providers delivering nurse-led packages, and applications without this background will not be considered.
This is an opportunity to take full ownership of a regulated branch delivering high-acuity care packages in the community, supported by strong senior leadership, clear clinical governance, and an established operational structure.
The successful candidate will have full responsibility for performance, compliance, growth, and quality, ensuring safe delivery of complex care to adults and children in their own homes.
Salary and Benefits
£48,000 – £50,000 per annum
25 days annual leave + bank holidays

Key Responsibilities
Act as the CQC Registered Manager for the branch
Lead the day-to-day management of a community complex care service
Oversee delivery of nurse-led and high-acuity care packages in the community
Manage clinical, operational, and compliance performance
Recruit, develop, and retain nurses and care staff
Maintain high standards of governance, audits, and documentation
Work closely with commissioners, case managers, and families
Drive sustainable growth within complex care services
Essential Requirements – Please read before applying To be considered for this Registered Branch Manager role you must have:
Previous experience working for a complex care provider delivering care in the community
Experience managing nurse-led or high-acuity packages
Experience in a Registered Manager, Branch Manager or senior operational role
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations within domiciliary or complex care services
Proven experience managing compliance, staffing, and service performance
