As part of this next stage in their journey, they are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Accounts Assistant to join their dynamic finance team on a 6-month FTC. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a thriving and purpose-driven environment, where your contribution will be essential in ensuring the financial processes run efficiently across multiple business units.

This is a fantastic opportunity and holds a great opportunity for someone to gain experience within a different sector or a new team environment whilst expanding their skillset further. This position does have the potential to become a permanent appointment after successfully completing the contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately processing purchase and sales invoices.

*

Performing supplier statement reconciliations and resolving payment discrepancies.

*

Managing accounts receivable tasks, including customer payment collection and credit control.

*

Handling bank reconciliations.

*

Maintaining accurate, up-to-date financial records across internal systems.

What We’re Looking For:

*

Proven experience in a finance or accounts assistant role.

*

Competent user of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.).

*

Experience with Sage or similar ERP systems is an advantage.

*

Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.

*

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
