The Role: As a LiveChat Advisor
You’ll be at the forefront of customer interactions, delivering fast, efficient, and friendly service—primarily via live chat. 

Handling real-time customer queries with professionalism and empathy
Offering tailored advice and support on insurance policies and services
Collaborating with your team to improve processes and customer satisfaction
Keeping accurate records of interactions and resolutions

Experience managing Live/Web Chats
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A positive, customer-first attitude with attention to detail
Confidence in managing multiple chats and solving problems quickly
Previous experience in customer service or insurance (preferred, not essential)
